What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Hivebrite, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new features for our community management platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure that our applications meet the needs of our users.

You will take ownership of the backend architecture, optimizing performance and scalability while maintaining high standards of code quality. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to uphold best practices within the team.

You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, ensuring that our platform remains reliable and efficient. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience, as you work to enhance the functionality and usability of our services.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers. You will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
