You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, particularly with Ruby on Rails, and a strong understanding of building scalable applications. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about enhancing developer experience through thoughtful architecture and design.
Your expertise in Ruby on Rails allows you to create efficient and maintainable code, and you have a keen eye for optimizing performance. You understand the nuances of working in a SaaS environment and are adept at integrating user feedback into your development process.
You are a proactive communicator who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality features that meet user needs. You are comfortable navigating complex technical challenges and are always looking for ways to improve processes and workflows.

Desirable
