What you'll do

As a Backend Engineer at Pennylane, you will be responsible for designing and implementing backend services that support our financial Operating System. You will collaborate closely with product managers and frontend engineers to ensure seamless integration between the backend and user-facing components. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to uphold high standards of quality across the team. You will also be tasked with optimizing existing systems for performance and scalability, ensuring that our platform can handle the increasing demands of our users.

You will engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues that arise in production, ensuring that our services remain reliable and efficient. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the future direction of our technology stack.
