Who you are
You have a proven track record in growth marketing with at least 5 years of experience, demonstrating your ability to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies effectively. Your expertise in SEO and analytics tools like Google Analytics allows you to make data-driven decisions that enhance marketing performance. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. You are comfortable managing budgets for paid acquisition and have experience optimizing full-funnel performance. Your leadership skills enable you to inspire and guide your team towards achieving ambitious growth targets. You are adaptable and open to experimenting with new marketing channels and techniques, always aiming to improve results.
Desirable
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with lifecycle marketing strategies. You understand the nuances of organic growth and have successfully implemented campaigns that drive engagement and retention. A background in brand marketing will also be beneficial as you work closely with the brand team to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
What you'll do
As the Growth Marketing Director at Pleo, you will own and scale the growth marketing engine, focusing on efficient customer acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion across various markets. You will lead initiatives in paid acquisition, organic growth, and lifecycle marketing, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with Pleo's overarching business objectives. You will analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Collaborating with the Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams, you will develop integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You will also oversee the optimization of marketing funnels, ensuring that every stage of the customer journey is effectively managed to maximize conversions.
