Who you are

You have 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and analytics — you've successfully driven growth initiatives that translate into measurable sales outcomes. Your analytical mindset allows you to dissect complex data and derive actionable insights that inform marketing strategies. You possess a deep understanding of how to allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring that every dollar spent contributes to the company's growth objectives.

Your strategic judgment is complemented by a hands-on approach to growth operations — you thrive in environments where you can oversee the orchestration of go-to-market plans across various channels. You are adept at managing cross-functional teams and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on growth goals and performance metrics. You understand the importance of disciplined forecasting and rigorous measurement in achieving sustainable growth.

You are passionate about health and wellness, aligning with WHOOP's mission to unlock human performance and extend healthspan. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the growth marketing strategy for WHOOP, ensuring that growth capital is allocated effectively to drive predictable sales across the business. You will report directly to the VP of Growth and serve as the control plane for growth, overseeing performance marketing initiatives and growth forecasting. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing go-to-market plans that encompass direct acquisition, cross-sell/upsell strategies, and membership renewals.

You will be responsible for translating company-level goals into executable marketing strategies, holding the organization accountable to clear targets and disciplined forecasting. You will work closely with finance to ensure that marketing budgets are aligned with business objectives and that performance metrics are rigorously measured and reported.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will partner with product teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with product development and customer needs. You will also engage with sales teams to optimize the customer journey and enhance conversion rates. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
