You are a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing teams. With at least 5 years of experience in sales management, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about coaching and developing talent. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and leverage analytics to inform your strategies and improve team performance. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at building relationships with both your team and cross-functional partners.

You have experience managing teams of 6-10 Account Executives, guiding them to exceed their targets while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You are comfortable using AI and data tools to enhance sales processes and outcomes, and you are always looking for innovative ways to optimize team performance. You believe in the power of empathy and support, and you are dedicated to helping your team succeed.

What you'll do

As the Senior Sales Manager at Homebase, you will lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, focusing on immediate revenue generation while also transforming the sales coaching and operational processes. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership to define and implement effective systems and metrics that drive a high-performing sales organization. Your role will involve setting clear expectations, coaching your team on best practices, and using data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

You will have the opportunity to shape the sales strategy and influence how the organization scales during its next phase of growth. This includes defining coaching rhythms and operational standards that align with the company's goals. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of experimentation and learning, encouraging your team to leverage AI and data to enhance their sales techniques and improve deal quality.
