HomeLight is hiring a Compliance Analyst to support day-to-day compliance operations in a high-volume residential escrow and title insurance agency. You'll work in Coppell, Texas, ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to the success of HomeLight's transactions.

You are detail-oriented and analytical, eager to build a strong foundation in compliance within a regulated environment. You enjoy working with data, processes, and documentation, motivated by ensuring that everything is done correctly and consistently. You are comfortable learning regulations and partnering cross-functionally to support compliance initiatives that protect the business and its customers.
What you'll do
As a Compliance Analyst, you will support the day-to-day compliance operations of a high-volume residential escrow and title insurance agency. Your work will directly contribute to the success of HomeLight's transactions and broader compliance efforts across multiple states. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards and assist in managing agency operations effectively.
