You possess a willingness to learn and adapt, as this role requires you to support HomeLight’s Buy Before You Sell program in Missouri. You are comfortable with occasional office attendance and are eager to engage with internal teams to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the Mortgage Loan Originator on record for HomeLight in Missouri, which involves coordinating with various internal teams to ensure that all licensing requirements are met in a timely manner. You will work closely with the compliance department and act as a liaison with regulators as necessary. This position requires approximately 80 work hours per year, allowing for a flexible schedule while still contributing to the success of HomeLight’s innovative real estate solutions.
