What you'll do

As the Mortgage Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a pod of 5 to 10 Licensed Sales Associates — your role will involve providing daily oversight, coaching, and accountability to ensure that sales targets are consistently exceeded. You will spend approximately 70 to 75 percent of your time actively engaging in sales activities, which will allow you to lead by example and maintain a strong connection with your team.

You will analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement — using this information, you will implement strategies to enhance team productivity and effectiveness. Regular one-on-one meetings with team members will be a key part of your approach, as you provide personalized coaching and support to help them reach their goals.

Collaboration with other departments, such as marketing and operations, will be essential to ensure that your team has the resources and support needed to succeed. You will also play a role in developing training programs that equip your team with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
