Who you are

You have extensive experience in customer success management, particularly with high-value clients, and understand the nuances of guiding customers through their social media journey. Your ability to build and maintain influential relationships with clients is a key strength, allowing you to ensure they receive the best possible experience with Hootsuite's products. You are adept at leveraging industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to your customers, helping them achieve their business goals effectively.

You possess a strong understanding of social media tools and strategies, enabling you to guide clients in maximizing their use of Hootsuite's offerings. Your proactive approach to reviewing and refining customer plans ensures that they gain full value from the partnership. You are comfortable working with complex use cases and can communicate effectively with both end users and executive sponsors.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the day-to-day relationship management for a portfolio of high-value customers, primarily Fortune 1000 companies. You will guide these customers through their social media journey, ensuring they achieve success with Hootsuite's Enterprise and partner products. Your responsibilities will include cultivating and maintaining strong relationships, providing expert-level support, and driving business outcomes such as user adoption and revenue retention.

You will consistently review and refine customer engagement plans, ensuring that each client receives tailored support that aligns with their unique needs and goals. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure that customers are effectively utilizing Hootsuite's product suite and that their feedback is incorporated into product development. You will also be accountable for fostering customer advocacy and guiding clients through their journey of social maturity.
