You possess deep technical expertise and are comfortable leading architectural reviews and debugging complex issues. You understand the importance of maintaining scalable and resilient systems, and you are proactive in driving down technical debt while ensuring that your team's services meet strict SLAs. You are a strong communicator, able to partner effectively with product teams to translate high-level partner needs into actionable technical roadmaps.

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a squad dedicated to Hopper's high-stakes Enterprise and Corporate B2B partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include hiring, mentoring, and coaching a multidisciplinary team of engineers. You will ensure that your team ships high-quality features while managing the complexities of B2B integrations and public-facing APIs. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for external partners, ensuring that their needs are met and that your team delivers on commitments.
You will be responsible for establishing on-call rotations and driving down technical debt strategically. You will lead architectural reviews and help unblock complex debugging sessions, ensuring that your team's stack remains scalable and resilient. You will partner closely with product teams to translate big-picture partner needs into executable technical roadmaps, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's mission to revolutionize travel technology.
