You have 3+ years of experience designing modern digital products, showcasing a strong portfolio that highlights your end-to-end web design work. You thrive in ambiguity and can move quickly without sacrificing quality, balancing multiple priorities while keeping the customer experience at the center of every decision. Your ability to conduct customer interviews and usability tests allows you to leverage both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to validate and iterate on designs. You are skilled in creating simple, logical UI that makes complex workflows feel effortless, and you understand how to balance user advocacy with business goals and technical constraints.

You have a proven track record of designing 0-to-1 experiences from concept through launch, using tools like Figma to bring your ideas to life. Your strong communication skills enable you to lead design reviews with external partners and build compelling cases for your design decisions. You are passionate about creating elegant, user-centric solutions that solve real problems and are excited about the opportunity to shape the experience for an entirely new customer segment.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Hopper, you will be the design lead for our new B2B vertical, responsible for designing end-to-end web experiences and owning the full process from concept through launch. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and ship features that meet user needs. Your day-to-day will involve conducting customer interviews and usability tests, analyzing user behavior, and running experiments to validate your designs. You will create simple and logical UI that enhances user experience while making smart tradeoffs between speed, learning, and competing priorities.

You will lead design reviews and advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that the customer experience remains at the forefront of every decision. Your role will also involve balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints, making you a key player in the product development process. You will have the opportunity to shape the design culture within the team and contribute to the overall success of the new product.
