Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience designing modern digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end web design work. You thrive in ambiguity and can move quickly without sacrificing quality, balancing multiple priorities while keeping the customer experience at the center of every decision. Your ability to conduct customer interviews and usability tests allows you to leverage both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to validate and iterate on designs. You are skilled at collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems and explore solutions, ensuring that the designs you create are both elegant and effective.

You understand the importance of making smart tradeoffs between speed, learning, and competing priorities. Your experience includes leading design reviews with external partners and building strong cases for your design decisions. You are passionate about creating simple, logical experiences that make complex workflows feel effortless, and you are committed to balancing customer needs with business goals and technical constraints.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design end-to-end web experiences, owning the full process from concept through launch. You will conduct customer interviews and usability tests, leveraging both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to validate and iterate on your designs. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, you will define problems, explore solutions, and ship features that enhance the user experience. You will create simple, logical experiences that make complex workflows feel effortless, ensuring that customer needs are met while aligning with business goals and technical constraints.
