Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience designing modern digital products, showcasing a strong portfolio that highlights your end-to-end web design work. You thrive in ambiguity and can move quickly without sacrificing quality, balancing multiple priorities while keeping the customer experience at the center of every decision. Your ability to conduct customer interviews and usability tests allows you to leverage both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to validate and iterate on designs. You are skilled at collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and ship features that create simple, logical experiences for users.

You understand the importance of making smart tradeoffs between speed, learning, and competing priorities. Leading design reviews with external partners is second nature to you, and you can build strong cases for your design decisions. You are passionate about creating elegant, user-centric solutions that solve real problems, and you are excited about the opportunity to innovate and scale successful fintech products across new sales channels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design end-to-end web experiences, owning the full process from concept through launch. You will conduct customer interviews and usability tests, leveraging both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to validate and iterate on your designs. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, you will define problems, explore solutions, and ship features that balance customer needs with business goals and technical constraints. Your focus will be on creating simple, logical experiences that make complex workflows feel effortless.

You will lead design reviews with external partners, building strong cases for your design decisions. Your day-to-day will involve tracking customer behavior, analyzing metrics, and running experiments to inform your design process. You will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment, making smart tradeoffs between speed and quality while keeping the customer experience at the forefront of your work.
