What you'll do

As the Lead Solutions Engineer, you will oversee the Solution Architect organization for the Americas, guiding your team through the presales process from initial discovery to proof of value. You will empower your technical experts to engage with customers, ensuring they understand the capabilities of the NodeZero platform and how it can address their security needs. Your leadership will be crucial in transforming the team into a world-class presales organization, driving measurable outcomes that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product development, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
