Houzz is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead and scale their Customer Success organization. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure customer retention and product adoption. This role requires strong leadership and strategic skills.

You have extensive experience in customer success leadership, ideally with a focus on software or advertising solutions. You understand the importance of customer retention and product adoption, and you have a proven track record of building and scaling successful teams. Your data-driven approach ensures that customers realize measurable value from the products they use. You are a strategic thinker who can partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders alike. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowers your team to achieve their goals.
What you'll do
As the Vice President of Customer Success at Houzz, you will lead the Customer Success organization, ensuring that customers deeply adopt Houzz products and remain long-term partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer retention and satisfaction. Collaborating closely with the Revenue and Product leadership teams, you will align customer success initiatives with overall business objectives.
You will build a world-class, data-driven Customer Success organization that focuses on delivering measurable value to customers. This includes implementing best practices for customer engagement, onboarding, and support. You will analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive product adoption.
In this role, you will also mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. You will work closely with Sales to ensure a seamless transition for new customers and collaborate with Product and Marketing to enhance the customer experience. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of customer success at Houzz.
