CaptivateIQ is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead customer value realization across various segments. This role requires expertise in transforming customer success organizations and driving durable expansion.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in customer success leadership, ideally having led organizations through significant growth and complexity. Your background includes a strong focus on customer value realization, ensuring that clients achieve measurable outcomes from their investments. You understand the nuances of managing renewals, expansions, and long-term retention across diverse customer segments, including Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB, and Digital.

You are a builder and coach at heart, energized by the challenge of transforming customer success from an admin-centric model into a value-driven engine. You possess a deep understanding of how to connect customer insights with product offerings, guiding teams to achieve industry-leading performance metrics. Your leadership style emphasizes clarity, accountability, and a culture of coaching that empowers team members to excel.

You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at architecting systems and structures that support scalable customer success initiatives. Your strategic mindset allows you to align customer success efforts with broader business goals, driving durable expansion and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience in incentive compensation management or sales performance management is a plus. Familiarity with high-growth technology companies and a track record of working with executive teams to drive alignment and engagement will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Customer Success organization at CaptivateIQ, focusing on transforming how customers achieve value from our products. You will own the strategy for renewals and expansions, ensuring that our customers experience significant ROI and business impact. Your leadership will guide the team through a measurable Customer Value Journey, connecting product adoption to tangible outcomes.

You will architect the systems and leadership structures necessary for scaling the Customer Success function, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. This includes developing coaching programs that enhance team capabilities and drive engagement across all customer segments.

As a key member of the executive team, you will collaborate closely with other leaders to align customer success initiatives with overall business objectives. You will analyze customer feedback and insights to continuously improve our offerings and ensure that we meet the evolving needs of our clients.

You will also be responsible for establishing metrics and KPIs to measure the success of customer success initiatives, ensuring that the team operates with commercial rigor. Your ability to transform insights into actionable strategies will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
