Who you are

You are a strategic and proactive Customer Success Manager with a passion for driving customer outcomes. You thrive on ownership and excel at building relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from your company's offerings. Your data-driven approach allows you to analyze customer needs and implement effective strategies for adoption and retention. You have experience working closely with sales teams, particularly Account Executives, to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sale to post-sale engagement. You understand the importance of customer feedback and use it to inform product improvements and service enhancements. You are disciplined and organized, capable of managing a defined portfolio of accounts while maintaining a focus on long-term growth and success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Account Executives to drive success across our largest contractor accounts. You will own customer outcomes both pre and post-sale, focusing on driving adoption, retention, and expansion within your portfolio. You will work within a pod model, acting as the execution arm of the AE, ensuring that every initiative translates into measurable value for the customer. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategies for product adoption, engaging with executives to foster relationships, and analyzing data to track customer success metrics. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for account growth and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Your role is crucial in ensuring that customers not only achieve their goals but also see the value in continuing their partnership with HOVER.
