Who you are

You have 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed targets consistently. Your fluency in both English and German allows you to communicate effectively with diverse clients, ensuring that you can engage with stakeholders at all levels. You have a strong background in complex selling environments, having successfully presented and pitched to C-level executives, showcasing your ability to influence decision-makers and drive business change.

Your understanding of digital transformation and change management positions you as a trusted advisor to your clients, enabling you to guide them through their journey with the HubSpot platform. You are proactive in your approach, utilizing both inbound and self-sourced leads to identify new business opportunities. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing and technology teams to refine sales strategies and adapt to new product features.

Desirable

Experience in the mid-market segment is a plus, as it equips you with the insights needed to navigate the unique challenges faced by small to medium-sized businesses. A proven track record of managing a sales pipeline effectively, along with the ability to run qualification calls with C-level executives, will set you apart as a candidate. You are comfortable conducting online product demonstrations and occasionally meeting clients in person to strengthen relationships.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will be responsible for developing and executing your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan. Your primary focus will be on finding new prospects and closing new business, ensuring that you meet or exceed your sales quota on a monthly basis. You will engage directly with small to medium-sized businesses, helping them to grow by increasing their usage of the HubSpot platform over time.

You will run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders, effectively communicating the value of HubSpot's offerings. Your role will involve selling through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, ensuring that you build strong relationships that facilitate successful sales outcomes. You will collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies as new features and products are introduced, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry trends.

In addition to closing new business, you will also focus on expanding the install base, working to increase customer engagement and satisfaction. Your ability to run online product demonstrations will be crucial in showcasing the benefits of HubSpot's solutions, and you will occasionally meet clients in person to strengthen these relationships further.
