Who you are

You have at least 1 year of full sales cycle experience and are fluent in both German and English. Your unmatched consultative selling and closing skills have helped you consistently exceed quotas, and you have a sharp focus on your goals. You excel at building relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders, which is crucial for nurturing opportunities at small-sized companies. Your experience in accurately forecasting and managing pipelines sets you apart as a high performer in sales.

What you'll do

As a Small Business Account Executive at HubSpot, you will utilize both outbound and inbound selling strategies to identify and engage new business opportunities. You will be responsible for running online demos of HubSpot software, showcasing its value proposition to prospective clients. Your role will involve nurturing relationships with highly qualified opportunities and collaborating with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to refine sales strategies as new features and products are introduced. You will also need to quickly identify challenges faced by prospective customers and recommend the best inbound marketing solutions tailored to their needs. Consistently closing new business at or above quota level will be a key performance indicator in this role.
