You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in the DACH market. You are familiar with software solutions and can guide customers in leveraging technology to meet their business goals. Desirable
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a plus. You have a passion for helping customers succeed and are always looking for ways to improve their experience. Familiarity with inbound marketing principles and strategies will help you in this role, as you will be advising customers on best practices. You are adaptable and can pivot your approach based on the unique needs of each customer.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at HubSpot, you will manage over 150 customer relationships, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to fully adopt HubSpot's software. You will work closely with your customers to understand their goals and align them with the necessary resources to achieve success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactive outreach to customers, regular check-ins, and addressing any concerns they may have. You will collaborate with various teams within HubSpot, including onboarding, upsell/cross-sell, and renewals, to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, helping your customers achieve their inbound marketing goals.
