What you'll do
In this role, you will manage over 150 customer relationships, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and support. You will regularly engage with customers to understand their goals and align them with the necessary resources to achieve success. Your day-to-day tasks will involve a mix of proactive outreach and reactive support, addressing customer inquiries and challenges as they arise. You will collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure new customers are set up for success and work with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Your role will also involve educating customers on HubSpot's features and best practices, helping them fully adopt the platform and maximize its potential.
