You have over 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in SaaS or web/IT products, and have consistently exceeded sales targets. Your background includes managing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, such as business owners and marketing executives, showcasing your ability to navigate intricate sales processes. You possess strong closing skills and are driven by achieving monthly recurring revenue goals. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate HubSpot's value effectively to potential clients. You are also fluent in Japanese, enabling you to engage with local businesses seamlessly.

Desirable

Experience in inbound sales and a deep understanding of HubSpot's inbound marketing philosophy would be advantageous. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales strategies tailored for small businesses will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As a Growth Specialist at HubSpot, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals with small businesses across Japan. You will engage with potential clients primarily through phone calls and web meetings, presenting tailored solutions that align with their growth objectives. Your role will involve following up on inbound leads and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. You will collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales engineering, to develop strategies that drive sales growth. Additionally, you will act as an expert evangelist for HubSpot's solutions, helping to spread the inbound marketing philosophy and its benefits to your clients.
