You have a proven track record in field marketing, particularly within the DACH region, and possess strong event management skills — you've successfully executed high-impact events that drive pipeline growth and enhance customer engagement. Your experience includes collaborating closely with sales and customer success teams, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with regional goals and customer needs. You are adept at managing third-party sponsorships and HubSpot-owned events, demonstrating your ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a keen focus on results.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable being the primary marketing liaison for regional teams — your strong communication skills enable you to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns. You are detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for managing logistics and driving participation in events. Your ability to analyze market intelligence and share insights with your team is a key asset that contributes to the overall success of marketing initiatives.
Desirable
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. You have a passion for continuous learning and are always looking for ways to improve your marketing strategies and event execution.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of all event execution in the DACH region, serving as the boots-on-the-ground marketer who brings marketing programs to life. You will execute in-person events, including Connect, Engage, Delight, and Exchange programs, while managing third-party event sponsorships. Your responsibilities will include driving speaker recruitment, coordinating customer panels, and ensuring overall participation in events to build awareness and engagement.
You will collaborate daily with DACH sales teams, managing event invitation processes and coordinating sales participation to meet service level agreements. Your role will involve leading your regional pod, working alongside Revenue Marketing and Integrated Marketing colleagues to ensure unified execution on campaigns. You will be responsible for maintaining continuous market intelligence sharing, ensuring that your team is informed and aligned with regional trends and customer needs.
