You have extensive experience in contract management, particularly in handling complex renewals and negotiations with strategic accounts. Your ability to lead value-driven conversations and partner with various teams, including Customer Success and Sales, sets you apart. You excel in maintaining accurate forecasts and ensuring clarity in contract execution, which is crucial for managing high-stakes customer relationships.

You are a mentor at heart, eager to support and guide your peers in best practices within contract management. Your focus on process improvements and strategic evolution demonstrates your commitment to enhancing the customer experience and operational efficiency. You thrive in environments where you can advocate for customer needs while balancing commercial outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and lead complex renewal and contract negotiations for HubSpot's strategic and upmarket customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure clarity, accuracy, and positive outcomes in all contract dealings. You will partner closely with customers to understand their goals and challenges, aligning contracts to deliver business value effectively.

Collaboration is key in this position; you will work alongside Sales, Customer Success Managers, Legal, and senior stakeholders to execute renewals smoothly and resolve any complexities that arise. You will maintain accurate renewal forecasts and lead pipeline reviews to improve predictability and consistency in contract management.

As a Lead Contract Manager, you will deliver best-in-class service to enterprise customers, advocating for their needs while ensuring commercial success. Your role will also involve mentoring and supporting other Contract Managers through coaching and sharing best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
