Overview

HubSpot is hiring a Sales Strategy Analyst to support the sales department with data-driven decision-making and enhance growth and productivity. You'll work closely with sales leaders to develop GTM strategies and improve operational efficiency. This role requires 2+ years of experience in sales strategy or analytics.

Who you are

You have over 2 years of practical experience in sales strategy, operations, analytics, or consulting, and you possess strong analytical skills that allow you to derive actionable insights from unstructured data. You are process-oriented and can engage diverse stakeholders to build and execute clear operational cadences. Your adaptability enables you to respond quickly to changes in a fast-growing SaaS business, and you thrive on solving complex challenges with practical and innovative solutions.

You are autonomous and can execute tasks in a fast-paced environment while collaborating smoothly with senior stakeholders across various departments. Your passion for insights drives you to define appropriate metrics and analytical methods that lead to actionable insights. You understand the importance of supporting the sales organization with data-driven operations and decision-making.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide operational and decision-making support to the sales organization and management team, ensuring that data-driven insights are at the forefront of strategic initiatives. You will maintain staffing and capacity planning for the sales organization, collaborating with the central planning team to execute hiring plans effectively. By working closely with leadership, you will monitor KPIs and identify trends and opportunities to maximize impact.

You will respond to business requests and conduct root-cause analysis to propose solutions for problem-solving and opportunity capture. Additionally, you will support the implementation and operation of cross-departmental programs, tools, processes, and systems aimed at enhancing performance and productivity. Your contributions will help establish an efficient operational model for the sales strategy team, ultimately driving growth and productivity across the organization.
