What you'll do
As an Inbound Success Coach, your primary responsibility will be to manage and respond to a high volume of inbound queries from potential customers. You will conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects via phone and live chat, helping them understand how HubSpot can meet their needs. Your role will involve scheduling discovery calls for Account Executives, ensuring that you effectively identify and nurture sales opportunities. You will collaborate with your team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience, contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.
