Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in partnership development and management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to think strategically while executing on tactical initiatives sets you apart, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work with both commercial and technical teams. You possess excellent prioritization and organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects effectively. Your understanding of the analytics ecosystem, particularly in relation to Mixpanel, allows you to navigate complex partnerships with ease.
Desirable
Experience working with major technology partners such as Google or Snowflake is a plus. Familiarity with data platforms, e-commerce, and AI spaces will enhance your ability to contribute to our strategic goals. You are comfortable using analytics tools to measure the success of partnerships and are always looking for ways to optimize processes and outcomes.
What you'll do
As the Partner Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that enhance our go-to-market efforts with strategic partners. You will collaborate closely with regional Channel Managers to optimize the selection and operations of in-market Solution Partners and Resellers. Your responsibilities will include leading the execution of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with Mixpanel's overall business objectives, and driving the expansion of our partner ecosystem. You will also be responsible for analyzing partnership performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
