HubSpot is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with the sales organization and drive the execution of deals. You'll utilize your technical knowledge to deliver value-driven solutions to customers. This role requires 2+ years of experience in a PreSales or technical consulting role.

Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in a PreSales or technical consulting role, where you've developed a strong understanding of customer challenges and how to deliver technical value to meet their business goals. You enjoy collaborating with different teams and have a knack for building and maintaining relationships with sales reps, partners, and customers. You are open to admitting mistakes and believe that actionable feedback is a great way to learn and grow. You have a passion for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can leverage your technical knowledge to become a trusted partner with sales and services. You are motivated to develop yourself and are eager to learn about HubSpot products to propose better solutions for customers. You understand the importance of a value-driven proposition and are committed to reducing turn rates through effective communication and relationship-building.

What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with the sales organization to drive the execution of prospective and expansive deals. You will utilize your technical knowledge to propose solutions that address customer challenges and deliver value. Your day-to-day will involve building and maintaining relationships with sales reps, partners, and customers, ensuring that you understand their needs and can provide effective solutions.
You will participate in and direct projects relevant to PreSales, sales, and the wider business, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and success. Coaching and mentoring less experienced team members will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you help them develop their skills and confidence in the role.
You will also gain knowledge of HubSpot products to better propose solutions that meet customer needs. Your ability to understand customer challenges and deliver technical value will be crucial in achieving success in this role. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the solutions you propose are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
