What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Venafi, you will be part of the Jetstack Consult team, focusing on helping clients achieve Cloud Native maturity — your role will involve architecting, designing, and implementing Kubernetes-based solutions tailored to their specific needs. You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges and provide expert guidance throughout their journey.

You will lead customer engagements, both onsite and remotely, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality — your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly will be essential as you explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are integrated seamlessly into existing infrastructures.

Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments of client environments, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending best practices for managing machine identities — you will leverage your deep understanding of cloud environments to accelerate customer projects and instill confidence in their operations. You will also contribute to the development of internal resources and documentation to support the team's knowledge sharing.
