You have extensive experience as a full-stack developer, particularly with Ruby on Rails, and you thrive in remote work environments. You understand the importance of scalable systems and have a passion for building products that empower users.
Your familiarity with design systems, especially using Tailwind CSS and Hotwire, enables you to contribute effectively to UI consistency and performance. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with engineering managers and product stakeholders to shape technical direction and deliver elegant solutions. You see yourself growing with a product and team over the long term, valuing stability and deep product knowledge.
Desirable
Experience with SaaS platforms and a strong understanding of distributed systems will set you apart. What you'll do
As a Senior Rails Full-Stack Developer at Hubstaff, you will design and scale systems that power a globally distributed SaaS platform.
