You have a strong background in customer solutions and a passion for sports science — your experience allows you to effectively communicate complex ideas to elite clients and help them solve performance challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams and product managers to ensure customer needs are met. Your ability to listen and understand client requirements enables you to provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Hudl's products. You are proactive in sharing insights with internal teams, helping to shape future product innovations based on customer feedback. You are comfortable navigating the sports industry and have a keen understanding of high-performance workflows. Your dedication to customer success drives you to go above and beyond in supporting clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the sales journey by partnering with Account Executives to identify and address the needs of Tier 1 and Tier 2 elite clients. You will provide pre-sales expertise, guiding clients through the implementation of Hudl's Pro Suite solutions, specifically WIMU. Your role will involve advising clients on high-performance workflows and ensuring they maximize the value of Hudl's offerings. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, relaying customer insights that inform product development and innovation. You will also engage in professional services, helping clients integrate Hudl's technology into their existing systems and workflows. Your contributions will directly impact the success of elite sporting organizations, enhancing their ability to analyze performance and improve outcomes.
