What you'll do
In this role, you will support the sales journey by partnering with Account Executives to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. You will engage with Tier 1 and Tier 2 elite clients, helping them solve complex performance problems through Hudl's Pro Suite solutions, specifically WIMU. Your expertise will guide clients in implementing high-performance workflows, ensuring they maximize the value of Hudl's products. You will also gather insights from customer interactions to inform product development, collaborating with internal teams to shape future offerings. Your role will involve conducting training sessions and workshops for clients, empowering them to leverage Hudl's technology effectively. You will be a key player in building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Hudl's solutions.
