What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring they effectively utilize Agicap's platform to forecast and manage their cash flow. You will dive deep into Treasury and Corporate finance workflows, continuously improving the tool setups for your customers. As a product expert, you will leverage your knowledge to maximize the value that customers derive from Agicap's solutions, acting as an enabler for internal knowledge transfer. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product enhancements based on user feedback.
