You are comfortable working in a hybrid model, with a commitment to being present in the Lincoln office three days a week.
Desirable
Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms is a plus. Familiarity with customer journey mapping and A/B testing will help you excel in this role. You are data-driven and can analyze campaign performance to make informed decisions that enhance customer experiences.
What you'll do
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Hudl, you will orchestrate and optimize email campaigns, ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of different customer segments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights that inform your marketing strategies. You will be responsible for building and launching email campaigns that resonate with our audience, moving our program from a one-size-fits-all approach to a more personalized experience.
You will collaborate with product and design teams to ensure that our messaging aligns with our brand and resonates with our customers. Your ability to connect strategy with execution will be crucial as you work to enhance the overall customer experience. You will also track and report on campaign performance, using data to refine and improve future marketing efforts.
