What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support related to human performance. You will monitor internal and external load variables to ensure that users are getting the most out of the WIMU system. You will work closely with high-performing universities, national governing bodies, and professional sports organizations in Mexico to enhance their understanding of our products. Your role will involve educating users on best practices and helping them leverage our technology to improve their teams' performance. You will also collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on user experiences and contribute to product improvements.
