Xendit is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the Finance and Accounting department, overseeing areas such as Accounting, Treasury, and Internal Audit. This role requires strong leadership and financial expertise to support the company's growth in Southeast Asia.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in finance and accounting, ideally with a background in leading finance teams in a fast-paced environment. You possess a deep understanding of financial operations, including treasury management, internal audit, and tax compliance. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you are comfortable diving into the details while also managing high-level strategic initiatives. You have a proven track record of supporting complex financial responsibilities and driving organizational growth through effective financial management. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at working closely with executive teams to align financial strategies with business objectives. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a rapidly growing company, ensuring that financial practices support scalability and efficiency.
Desirable
Experience in preparing for IPO readiness and managing corporate development initiatives would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with payment infrastructure and the fintech landscape in Southeast Asia is also desirable, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this region.
What you'll do
As the Head of Finance at Xendit, you will lead the Finance and Accounting department, overseeing a team of over 40 professionals across various countries. You will be responsible for ensuring effective liquidity, funding, and cash flow management, which are critical for the company's operations. You will work closely with the CEO and COO, providing financial insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. Your role will involve managing the accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leading internal audits to maintain financial integrity. You will also play a key role in supporting the company's long-term IPO readiness, guiding financial transformation initiatives that align with business growth. Additionally, you will lead finance-related components of organization-wide initiatives, including post-merger integrations and other strategic projects, ensuring that financial considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.
