What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Finance Operations team at Trustpilot, focusing on optimizing core financial transaction processes. You will develop and execute a strategic vision for Finance Operations that aligns with the overall finance and company objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team across Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Payroll. You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all operational finance functions, driving performance excellence and identifying areas for improvement.

You will collaborate closely with other finance leaders, such as those in Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, and Tax, to ensure that finance operations are aligned with broader company goals. Your role will involve implementing best practices and leveraging technology to scale finance operations effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in all operational finance activities, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within your team.
