You have a keen eye for detail and are comfortable working under pressure, ensuring that client requests are processed accurately and promptly. You understand the importance of financial operations and are ready to become a subject matter expert in outgoing money movement within the 401(k) space.
You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited to work closely with Operations, Technology, and Customer Success teams. Your ability to communicate effectively will help drive efficiencies and improve the overall experience for Human Interest customers. You are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and understand the significance of compliance in financial operations.
What you'll do
As a 401k Benefits Processing Associate, you will be responsible for the daily processing of a diverse range of client 401(k) requests. This includes executing outgoing operational transactions and conducting thorough investigations of client information to ensure accuracy. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requests while maintaining a high level of service. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
You will also be tasked with ensuring that all transactions are processed punctually, contributing to the overall success of the Human Interest 401(k) plan.
