Human Interest is hiring a Retirement Sales ERISA Specialist to enhance access to retirement benefits for employees of small and medium-sized businesses. You'll manage client inquiries and contribute to process improvements in a high-growth fintech environment.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong understanding of retirement plans and ERISA regulations — your expertise allows you to provide valuable insights and support to clients navigating their retirement options. You excel in managing high volumes of inquiries, ensuring that each client receives the attention and information they need to make informed decisions about their retirement savings. Your ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners is key to driving successful client relationships and implementations. You are detail-oriented and proactive in identifying common issues and trends, which helps in driving process improvements that enhance team performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will review pricing information from various 401(k) providers to provide competitive comparisons for new business opportunities. You will track product requests and contribute to the development of technology services that Human Interest offers to its clients. Your responsibilities will include managing a high volume of inquiries from the sales and implementation teams, both over the phone and through email. You will collaborate with your manager to review processes and procedures, optimizing team performance and ensuring that client needs are met efficiently. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to bridge relationships from initial contact through to implementation, providing ongoing support as needed.
