Who you are
You have at least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup — you've demonstrated a track record of exceeding your quota and enjoy closing deals that provide real value to businesses. You're solutions-oriented — you recognize objections and help your customers see the value in our product regardless of their knowledge of our industry. Your extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with retirement benefits and financial products. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable using various sales tech tools to enhance your productivity and effectiveness.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage full cycle deals from demo completion to close — this includes researching and targeting companies using prospecting tools, building and managing a sales pipeline, and learning to demonstrate our platform to new prospective customers. You will negotiate contracts and record all sales activities in Salesforce.com, ensuring that you maintain accurate documentation of your interactions and progress. Your ability to successfully utilize all sales tech tools will be crucial in achieving your targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.
