Overview
Rackspace is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new logo client acquisition in the Hi-tech/ISV/SaaS sectors. You'll manage the full sales cycle and engage with C-suite executives to deliver impactful business solutions. This role requires extensive experience in sales and customer relationship management.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in sales, particularly in obtaining new logo clients within the Hi-tech, ISV, and SaaS industries. Your ability to identify, develop, and close opportunities has led to incremental profitable growth and positive customer experiences. You excel at building and developing customer relationships, collaborating with both customers and internal resources to address priorities effectively.
Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to create a targeted list of potential customers aligned with Rackspace's multi-cloud solutions. You engage with C-suite executives, leveraging your executive presence and emotional intelligence to understand customer challenges and competitor behavior, translating technology into impactful business solutions.
You are responsible for the full sales cycle, from winning new customers to growing share of wallet in targeted existing customers. Your industry knowledge differentiates Rackspace in the market, enabling you to acquire new customers and drive new business footprints.
You embody Rackspace's core values in the sales arena, planning and executing pursuit and win strategies for specified opportunities. Your higher-level responsibilities include large deal business development and retention of strategic new customer acquisitions, ensuring sustainable revenues in line with business objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and develop customer relationships, collaborating with internal resources to address customer and company priorities. You will leverage subject matter experts to provide solutions that align with business-unit priorities, ensuring customer needs are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include leading account reviews and providing support to ensure the successful development and implementation of strategic account plans.
You will utilize your industry knowledge to differentiate Rackspace and acquire new customers, driving new business footprints. Engaging with C-suite executives will be a key part of your role, as you leverage your executive presence to understand customer challenges and competitor behavior. You will plan and execute pursuit and win strategies for specified opportunities, ensuring that you embody Rackspace's core values throughout the sales process.
Your role will also involve higher-level responsibilities for large deal business development and retention of strategic new customer acquisitions. You will work to generate sustainable revenues that align with business objectives, ensuring that you contribute to the overall success of Rackspace.
