What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering critical training onboarding programs that empower the Revenue Sales and Partnerships organization. You will collaborate extensively with Revenue leaders, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, and other Enablement team members to ensure a seamless training experience. Your role will involve acting as a thought leader in training methodologies, continuously seeking ways to enhance the learning experience for new hires.
You will design training materials and programs that are practical and scalable, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization as it grows. Your focus will be on creating engaging content that facilitates knowledge retention and application in real-world scenarios. You will also gather feedback from participants to refine and improve training programs, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
