What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Revenue Operations team by collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities. You will maintain CRM fundamentals by auditing and managing Salesforce basics, including security models and workflow automation. You will also manage Gainsight configurations and integrations, ensuring that data infrastructure is robust and effective. Your responsibilities will include overseeing user provisioning for the GTM Techstack and resolving any technical issues that arise. You will assist the RevOps team with technical solutions throughout project scoping, contributing to the continuous improvement of the GTM Technology ecosystem. Your role will be crucial in driving efficiency and productivity across the organization.
