Huntress is hiring a Product Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer support in cybersecurity. You'll join a remote team dedicated to protecting businesses against cyber threats. This role requires a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn about the company's technology.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of a world-class support team focused on protecting customers against cybersecurity threats. You will handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product-related issues, conducting skills assessments, and utilizing AI tools to support human recruiters in the initial review process. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Product Support to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the team.
