What you'll do
As the Manager of Account Management, you will lead a team of Account Managers responsible for driving Net Revenue Retention through product expansion, cross-sell, and renewals. You will set performance goals for your team and ensure they have the resources and support needed to achieve them. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and you will work closely with other departments to enhance the customer experience. You will be responsible for developing training programs to enhance the skills of your team members and ensure they are equipped to meet the evolving needs of clients. You will also engage with key customers and partners to strengthen relationships and drive satisfaction. Your role will be central to scaling Huntress' post-sale growth motion, ensuring that customers continue to derive increasing value from the Huntress platform.
