You have a strong background in recruiting and operations, ideally with experience in a managerial role. You understand the importance of strategic partnerships and have a proven track record of driving initiatives that enhance recruiting processes. Your ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership sets you apart, as you can articulate the value of recruiting programs and operations to the broader organization. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable navigating the challenges that come with it.

You possess sharp business acumen and are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement within recruiting programs. Your experience allows you to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive results. You are passionate about creating an inclusive and effective recruiting strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly in response to changing organizational needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a critical advisor to the VP of Recruiting and the executive leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to enhance recruiting programs. You will lead initiatives that streamline operations and improve the overall candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies that attract top talent while ensuring alignment with the company's goals. You will also collaborate with various departments to ensure that recruiting efforts are integrated into the broader organizational strategy.

You will analyze recruiting metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using this information to inform your strategies. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to ensure that recruiting programs are meeting their needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the recruiting team.

What we offer

Huntress offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000, plus bonuses and equity. As part of a fully remote team, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
