Plaid is hiring a Recruiting Manager for their Specialized Tech team to lead and scale technical recruiting efforts. You'll partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies and improve recruiting processes. This role requires experience in recruiting for technical roles across Product, Design, Data Science, and Security.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in recruiting, particularly in specialized technical roles, with a proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent across various functions such as Product, Design, Data Science, and Security. Your experience includes leading teams and influencing hiring strategies at a senior level, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

You are data-informed in your approach to recruiting, utilizing metrics and insights to drive operational excellence and improve candidate experiences. Your ability to coach and develop recruiters is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with executives and stakeholders across the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a specialized technical recruiting team, focusing on high-priority and complex hiring needs. You will shape the hiring strategy by collaborating closely with senior leaders and ensuring that recruiting efforts align with Plaid's long-term product and growth priorities. Your responsibilities will include coaching senior recruiters, driving process improvements, and leveraging data to influence hiring outcomes.

You will continuously assess and refine recruiting processes to enhance the candidate experience while maintaining a high standard of quality in hiring. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling the recruiting function as Plaid grows, ensuring that the company attracts the best talent in the industry.
