What you'll do

As a Sales Representative / Retail Account Manager at IDT, you will be responsible for selling specified telecom and financial services products within your assigned geographical territory. You will develop a weekly cycle to visit retail stores, take and fulfill orders, and maintain regular contact with store managers to ensure they are satisfied with the products and services provided. You will work closely with your Regional Sales Manager to establish a designated route and sales strategy that maximizes your effectiveness in the field. Your role will involve not only selling products but also educating retail staff about IDT's offerings and how they can meet customer needs.
