What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce CRM system. You will execute tasks that include automating emails and creating process flows to enhance user experience. Your responsibilities will also involve generating custom reports and dashboards to provide insights for the team. You will work closely with the primary system administrator to ensure the Salesforce instance is optimized for performance and user satisfaction. As you grow in this position, you will have opportunities to take on more complex projects and contribute to the overall success of the net2phone division.
